Phosphor bronze characteristics:

Material Introduction:C5111(CuSn4)

        CuSn4 - UNS C51100 Phosphor Bronze Alloys, with a nominal composition of 95.60% copper and

4.2%tin, deoxidized with phosphorus,  possesses mechanical properties and fabricating characteristics

similar to Phosphor Bronze 5%  -C51000 alloy but with 35%  higher electrical and thermal conductivity

by virtueof the lower tin content.C51100 alloy also offers a combination of high strength and ductility,

excellentspring properties,  good bearing qualities  and wear resistance, excellent corrosion resistance

and good resistance to stress relaxation.
